质检总局持续3年部署质检系统开展儿童用品质量提升行动

自2012年起，国家质量监督检验检疫总局持续3年部署全国质检系统开展儿童用品质量提升行动。据悉，质检总局近期宣布将在深入开展儿童用品质量提升行动的基础上，自2014年12月至2015年5月，特别组织开展为期5个月的儿童用品质量安全监督检查专项行动，旨在全方位保障儿童用品质量安全。这次专项行动主要是以童装、童鞋、童车、玩具、儿童家具、儿童安全座椅、婴幼儿纸尿裤、婴幼儿奶瓶等产品为重点产品；以消费者投诉、媒体曝光、抽查不合格、监督检查发现问题以及有其他质量违法行为记录的企业为重点企业；以无证生产销售、不符合强制性标准、假冒伪劣、标识不符、“三无”标注等质量违法行为和制假黑窝点为重点查处对象；以儿童用品生产企业集中区、质量问题多发区、 货物集散地、进口量大的口岸为重点区域。

AQSIQ Launches Special Project on Baby Product Quality Safety

Since 2012, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection Quarantine  of the PRC has been focusing on the deployment of promoting baby product quality  safety nationwide. Recently, based on the previous works, AQSIQ announces that a special  project will be launched December 2014 to May 2015 to provide comprehensive  protection for baby product quality safety through supervision inspection. The  special project will regard baby wear, strollers, baby furniture, child car seats,  diapers, feeding bottles etc. as the target categories; enterprises complained by  consumers, exposed by medias, failed to pass sampling inspection with records of  illegal behaviors on quality as target enterprises; illegal activities like unlicensed,  unqualified production sales, the “black sites” for counterfeiting as target of  attack; concentration areas of babycare enterprises, quality issues, trade  merchandise‘s distribution, larger import as target areas.
